Summer Events Calendar

May 24th; Memorial Day weekend opening Party

Place: Shelter House

Time: Dinner at 6:00 Meat and table service provided. Please bring a

covered dish to share. BYOB

A 50's & 60's Party will follow from 8:00 till 12:00. Dress up in 50's-60's attire or come as you are and join the fun. 50-50 drawing will also be held

June 15th; Father's Day Breakfast Menu: Sasuage Gravy

Place: Shelter House Biscuts

Time: 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Pancakes

Price: $2.50 Orange Juice, coffee or Tea

June 28 & 29th: Yard Sale (open to the public)

Saturday 9:00 - 5:00. Yard sales on the landing and bake sale at the

shelter house with a 50-50 drawing at 3:00

Sunday 9:00 - 3:00 Yard sale only

July 5th: 4th of July Party

Place: Shelter House

Time: 8:00 - 12:00. Brings snacks to share, BYOB, 50-50 Drawing

July 19th: Christmas in July

Keep an eye out for Santa and his Elves as they make their way around

the campgrounds and end up at the shelter house for a childrens

Christmas Party with Crafts, games and refreshments.

They will also be taking up non-parishable donations to send to out troops

for Christmas. These can be dropped off at the shelter house on the

19th or at lot 525

August 2nd: Poker Run

Time: 1:00 - 3:00. Look for more details on the shelter house bulletin

board. Volunteers are needed for each stations

Beach Party 5:00 - 9:00 at the pond

August 29th: Start out Country Western Weekend

Place: Shelter House

Time: 7:00 - 9:00 Learn how to line dance

August 30th: Country Western Day

Place: Shelter House

Time: 8:00 - 12:00 Party, Bring snacks to share, BYOB,

Decorate your golf cart like a covered wagon and join the wagon train as they parade around the campgrounds 50-50 drawing

Sept 13th: Scavenger Hunt

Children and adult teams

Oct 11th: Golf Outing

Place: Northmoor Country Club

Look for more details on the shelter house bullentin board for

time and sign up.

Oct 25th: Halloween Party

Times: 5:00 - 6:00 Children's trick or treat around the landing

6:00 - 7:00 Childrens party at the shelter house with games, prizes and costume Judging.

8:00 - 12:00 Adults party at Shelter House. Bring a snack to share and BYOB

Decorate your golf cart and dress up in your favorite costumre. Judging and prizes for costumes and best decorated golf cart

50-50 Drawing.

Please keep in mind we now have Bingo the Second Friday of the month and Card Game night the Fourth Friday of the month at the Shelter House. Times starting at 7:00 till ???

Please note: there will be no bingo or cards the months of November and December for the Holiday Season
