To Hecht’s Landing. On the Big Chickasaw.

Rules: Have Fun !! Relax !! & Enjoy!! So that everyone here can do this please follow the Guidelines.

Landing Guidelines:

1. Register. Management must approve all units being placed in the park. One camping unit per lot.

2. Please keep the exterior of your unit clean and neat.

3. VEHICLES AND SPEED LIMITS!!! Two (2) vehicles per lot. All vehicles must remain on your lot.

DO NOT park on your neighbors lot. Extra vehicles will charged $25.00 per month.

Do not park a car or drive across another lot!

Roads must be keep clear at all times.

No excessively noisy vehicles. This applies to all forms of transportation.

Four Wheelers are NOT permitted.

Inoperable vechiles will be given 48hours to be repaired or removed from the landing.

DO NOT bring vechiles to the landing for repair.

The Maximum speed limit on the landing is 10 M.P.H. on the main road and 5 M.P.H. everywhere else. Please obay them

4. Wrap garbage and place in the dumpsters. DO NOT leave garbage outside the camping unit. DO NOT put empty boxes or household appliances, carpets, bath room fixtures in the dumpsters.

5. Please note: All docks are private docks and not for campers. You may use the boat ramp to launch your boat. There may be Docks available for rent, check with the manager prior to using someone else's dock.

6. No one is allowed to use or discharge any type of firearm, bow and arrow and/or sling shot within the limits of the park.

7. Your children and/or guest are your responsibility and should be supervised at all times. All Teens 17 years and younger should be at their campsite by 11 P.M. Younger children should be at their campsite at dark. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your children or guests.

8. Please keep radios, stereos, and TV sound low so you will not annoy your neighbors.

Excessive use of intoxicating liquor, misconduct , or needless noise does not make a happy Landing. So please don’t do it.

9. Please use the roads or designated paths to the shower houses. Don’t make a path on some ones lot.

10. Pets!!! Management must approve all pets. Pets shall be leashed and attended to at all times. Your pets will need to have current immunizations and you are required to maintain them along with license required by the state or Mercer County. You must clean up after your pet. We do not allow excessive barking. All dogs must be under 30 pounds when full grown.

Due to the growth of the landing we are considering allowing larger dogs. If we choose to do so, then they will be permitted in desinigated area only! The Landing does reserve the right to cancell this policy and require the removal of larger animales from the landing.

Certain Breeds of dogs WILL NOT be permitted!!! Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Boxer, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Persa Canaria, Siberian Husky, Wolf or Wolf Crossbreed, Saint Bernard. Any mixed breed of the mentioned dogs are not permitted.

11 The management will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property or injury caused by accidents on this property.

12. All Medical drugs, prescription, ETC is to be kept and used only inside your camper. No Illegal drugs are permitted.

13. The bath houses are for your convenience, please use them as you would use your own. All porta potties are to be emptied at dump stations only.

14. Boats and Trailers. We allow one boat per lot on the campground. The boat must be in running condition and havea current license. All boats on the landing must pay for a dock. We ask that you do not have your guest bring in boats. All disabled boats must be taken from the Landing with in 48 hours. Winter storage in the campground must be on your lot or ask the manager for a designated parking space.

As of April 1st all boats must have a "Hecht's Landing" sticker. The sticker will cost $5.00 per year and must be on your boat or trailer. The state of Ohio considers Ski-Doos the same as a boat. If you have ski-doos and trailer you will have to purchase an extra sticker for $5.00 plus and extra dock tag. After April 1st 2007 all boats or trailer without stickers will be towed. This applies to mobile homes also.

15. Golf Cart. One (1) golf cart per lot. All golf carts drivers must be lisenced and insured. Children must have a licensed adult sitting next to them. The speed limit for golf carts are the same for cars. Golf carts must have lights to drive at night. As of April 1st, 2007 all golf carts must have a "Hecht's Landing" sticker. The cost is $5.00 per year.

16. Electric and gas operated riding toys, scooters etc. are not permitted.

17. All yearly rnetals and mobile homes are sesponsible for the up keep of thier lots and yards. As we have some very high winds and somtimes lots of water you should check your camping unit or mobile home for wind and water damage. Repairs are to made as soon as possible.

18. All camp sites and lots are one family units.
